Experienced 3D Artist with 20-plus years of experience in the field. Worked in many areas of the gaming industry from character design, modeling, and texturing to technical aspects like rigging and animation. First started working with the Commodore Amiga, working on my first animation for children learning shapes called "Circle and Square" designed using "deluxe paint 3" back in 1995. To stay current in this line of work the learning of new software and workflows never stops in this career. Today I'm skilled in sculpting, Texture Artist, Illustration, Lighting, and Storyboarding. I received my BFA focused in Computer Animation from the International Academy of Design and Technology.
Created many 3D assets from concepts to completion. Those assets were of the human body, organs, and diseases that all ran in unity. Those assets needed to run well enough to work on PC, VR, and IPAD. Also created large-scale scenes to showcase organic environments giving the user a feeling of being within the body.
Helm Systems is a great growing group of talented individuals that are trying to revolutionize VR gaming. I was brought on to create amazing dragons, and when I say create, I mean from concept drawings all the way to game ready animations.
I have been in few contracts on and off for a couple of years now and I would like to say I do love working with Big Red Buttons amazing talent! I meanly work on props and other things they need throughout production.
I enjoyed working with future talent, and had the pleasure of instructing them on one of the most utilized 3D softwares today.
My responsibilities are to create stunning illustrations and 3D animations for large clients, like Exxon Mobile. Many of the things we design there is interactive learning tools developed using real time engines, to teach people to perform their jobs correctly and safely. I also manage the group of talented individuals to ensure their project is meeting the client's desired deadlines and quality.
